Standard terms – 50% upfront and 50% 30 days prior to arrival, or 100% if within 30 days of arrival.
*Bookings made more than 180 days in advance can be secured with a $0 deposit, then 3 equal, interest-free instalments automatically deducted at 180, 90 and 30 days prior to arrival. A security deposit in the amount of $1,000 will be held against your credit card from the morning prior to your day of arrival. This amount will be automatically released 5 days after check out, provided there are no damages or breaches to our Terms & Conditions.

The house looked exactly as the photos showed… lovely, well designed and thoughtful. Whenever I book accomodation I am looking for something that feels lived in but also has lots of style. This house had both. Appliances top notch, beautiful oak underfoot, excellent heating, gorgeous hot tub and a curated finish. We all loved it!!

This was a lovely house that was exactly as described. We booked the house for the cedar hot tub and it did not disappoint! The backyard was private and peaceful, with enough room for the kids to play. The house was spacious and clean, with a fun table tennis table and other games. The kitchen was fully equipped and there was lots of space for family-style meals. The host was very responsive and we appreciated the clear instructions about how to use all the amenities. It was exactly what we needed for a relaxing family break over the Easter long weekend – highly recommend!

Good indoor and outdoor spaces, well-maintained, fully stocked kitchen, responsive hosts, gorgeous views, walkable to back beach, and 5 minute drive to cafes/shops. Also, loads of little extras to entertain the kids (tons of board games, wii, ping pong, hot tub) and plenty of space for us to spread out for a bit of peace and quiet… Main living had a split a/c system & ceiling fans were in each of the bedrooms to keep air moving, but the temps were cool / mild (highs in low 20s) on our stay, so not sure what a 40 degree day would feel like – All in all, loved our stay, would definitely book again 👌

We loved our stay here. It’s actually even more beautiful in real life and exceeded all expectations. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked which was amazing over Christmas. All the beds are so comfortable and the hot tub was amazing. Already can’t wait to go back!

Spent a long weekend at this property with my young family. The accommodation was great, lots of space and cosy for winter nights. the hot tub was a hit, easy to use and great for the cold winter days. Wpuld stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hot tub and open fireplace made for a great winter vacation. The kitchen is well stocked and the bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean. Things to note- the hot tub may require turning on and off several times to get the heater to work. One of the bedrooms is directly connected with an open space to a toilet. There are no curtains or blinds in either of the living rooms. The house has loads of games and entertainment options and is located in proximity to some lovely coastal walks. We would definitely stay again.
We really enjoyed our stay! The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was a great place to visit in winter with the hot tub and fire place. Peaceful location with beautiful nature walks nearby. Would recommend staying here any time of year.
Love the space and hot tub available at home for a wonderful retreat for the family, especially in winter. Great size hot tub fits the whole fam. Walking distance to the back beach for the rockpools and walking track to national park. Definitely will come back again! Thank you for the wonderful stay xx

We loved our stay in this beautiful home in Blairgowrie. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. The hot tub was incredible and we loved the coziness of lighting the fireplace to keep us warm. We would absolutely stay here again, 10/10 🙂

We had a girls weekend away this beautiful home. The host was flexible with check in times and there was a thoughtful welcome card and gift for our arrival. The beds were extremely comfortable and there was a bathroom for each bedroom which which is rare to find! We would definitely come back.

This is a beautiful home nestled in a lovely little neighborhood close to the bridgewater bay beach and swimming hole. (This is the wild side, so with my little children we ventured to the otherside). For the surfer or adventurer, walking and swimming were super accessible by trail. We opted for a short car ride to Blairgowrie and Sorrento Beaches and towns. The town of Blairgowrie was walkable for most / not for my 2 & 4 year olds, but could be carted by pram or stroller. The linens and details of this home were exceptional and we felt it was of great value. We didn’t want to leave.
Me and my family had a wonderful stay. House was prestige and very clean. Kitchen had everything you needed. Short walk to the back beach. Will definitely look to booking this property again in the future. One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed at on the Peninsula.

We loved the house, a great kitchen with everything you need to cook for the family. The beds were comfy, sheets and linen spotless and fresh. The location is great for all the local beaches. We had a slight issue with the hot tub on the first evening but the management team and owners were super responsive and rectified it very quickly so it didn’t impact our stay. The hot tub was big enough for me, my husband, two daughters and my Mim and Dad to relax in after a day at the beach! We would book again if we were planning another trip that way.
