An amazing house, clean and really spacious. Multiple sitting areas inside and outside the house, with the top deck having a beautiful view of the water. With beach access at the end of the street and about a 20 walk to Blairgowrie shops, the location is excellent. We would absolutely stay again.

A very well located and beautiful house on a large block with great amenities for children. Check-in was easy and we had no issues throughout our stay. Instructions were straight forward and the house was very clean and great for our family weekend away!
A magnificently appointed property. Clean, spacious, beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Easily accommodates two families with room to spare.Beautiful gardens, lots of comfortable outdoor lounging spots and a short walk to the beach. You really can’t ask for more from a place to call home away from home on.a summer holiday. Very much looking forward to booking again!
Great accommodation and good location for a girls weekend
Great stay! With 5 bedrooms, 3 living areas, 3 decks and a massive backyard it made for a wonderful stay with 3 families. Highly recommend it. Short walk to beach
Large property, equipped with two separate living areas upstairs and down. Large dining table and social kitchen area! We had a 1yo and it was just perfect 👌 playpen fit in the kitchen/dining space no problems and bedroom was soundproof so he was able to sleep! Lots of little separate areas so you can feel some peace when the house is busy too! The house kept a stable temperature, even overnight! We didnt need air-conditioning, only the fans although it wasn’t ridiculously hot or cold over the Easter weekend I thought it would get chilly overnight but it didn’t! We didnt find anything broken or unusable, it was so lovely that they provided handwash and basic supplies! Quick and easy walk to the beautiful beach too
Booking with Bookabreak was very straight forward. The communication from them prior to the stay and during was excellent and the quality of home we booked was very good and suited our groups needs very well. We would certainly book through bookabreak again.
Plenty of room, well equipped, and a variety of living spaces to ensure you can find a quiet corner even in a crowded house.
Perfect getaway for a girls weekend, they even gave us an early check in and late checkout!
Had a lovely weekend with my family, so close to a fantastic beach
The two living areas, each air conditioned, allow kids and adults to have their own areas, and multiple seated outdoor areas (front and rear decks, large upstairs deck and rear garden) cater for a range of gatherings. Recommended also for the very short walk to the beach, with beach access directly at the end of the street.
The space was perfect. Styled beautifully, comfortable and clean beds, we all had our own rooms which keep the living areas free of mess. The kids had their zone, cables ready to plug their switches in. Adults enjoyed the upper level alfresco, with amazing views. great spot for a wine and cheese platter. Plenty of space for 9 people. It was stocked with basic condiments which meant we didn’t have to buy it all. The kids loved the trampoline and garden space to kick around a ball. A short 200m walk to a very clean beach. Nice cafes near buy in Blairgowrie for a bite to eat. Pizza’s yummy from the local Pizza Doh place. Very clean. Highly recommended. Will visit again.
