      A beautiful Sorrento house. Even though the weather was cold the heated pool and cosy house was perfect! Check in was easy and the extra free night was a lovely touch! Would recommend!

      This house was perfect for our girls weekend away. Clean and comfortable as pictured. Beds were comfortable. Easy instructions were left for everything. We enjoyed the walking distance to the shops and was a nice quiet area. Will definitely return.

      The White House exceeded our expectations. It is a newly built home and planned out well. We had 3 adults and an infant and plenty of space. The plunge pool came in handy as the wind off the water at the beach was very unpleasant. We could easily walk to shops and cafe’s in Sorrento. Thank you for sharing your new home with us. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Particularly because it’s so close to Sorrento. We would go back.

      Thank you so much for having us! We had a wonderful long weekend away. We absolutely loved the property! The location was fantastic, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area — close to the main strip and the Sorrento ferry terminal, making it easy to explore the area. The beach was in walking distance. The driveway comfortably fit both of our cars, which was a huge plus. The electric gate system was a great feature, providing extra security for the property, especially since one side of the house has no fence, allowing people to walk up to the back of the house. Check-in was a breeze, and the house itself was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The pool was absolutely incredible and quickly became the highlight of our stay. The kitchen was well-equipped with almost everything we needed for cooking meals, and the beds were super comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. With plenty of room for 6-8 people, the space felt open and welcoming. Check-out was just as easy as check-in, making the entire experience seamless! We highly recommend it & can’t wait to return!

    Terms & Conditions
    Payment policy

    Standard terms – 50% upfront and 50% 30 days prior to arrival, or 100% if within 30 days of arrival.
    *Bookings made more than 180 days in advance can be secured with a $0 deposit, then 3 equal, interest-free instalments automatically deducted at 180, 90 and 30 days prior to arrival. A security deposit in the amount of $1,000.00 will be held against your credit card from the morning prior to your day of arrival. This amount will be automatically released 5 days after check out, provided there are no damages or breaches to our Terms & Conditions.

    Cancellation policy
    • 100% refund (minus 2.5% booking admin fee) if cancellation is more than 30 days before arrival date.
    • 50% refund (minus 2.5% booking admin fee) if cancelled 15-30 days before arrival date.
    • No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
    • If payment has not been made by the due date, your booking may be cancelled, and any payments already made forfeited.
    • No refunds are provided for early departure.
    • Bookings may be transferred to a future date provided the reschedule is requested at least 30 days before the arrival date. Any reschedule must be for the same property and is subject to availability and any revised tariff which may be applicable.
    • We recommend all guests take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected illness, accidents, inclement weather events, natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances, as exemptions to our cancellation and refund policy may not be made for these reasons.
    • All reservations are made in good faith by us but may be subject to changes in circumstances beyond our control. If a property becomes unavailable, we will endeavour to find alternative accommodation, or provide a refund of any monies paid.
    Booking terms & conditions
    Please understand that you are booking a privately owned holiday home. As your host, Bookabreak’s role is to help ensure you have a great stay, while also safeguarding our client’s asset. We simply ask that you respect the home and treat it as you would your own.
     
    By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have thoroughly read the property listing, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
     
    HOUSE RULES
    • All guests, excluding children, must be over 28 – unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    • Schoolies, weddings, parties, events and gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. Any breach of this condition may result in termination without refund, including forfeiture of any applicable security deposit.
    • We do not accept third-party bookings. The person placing the booking must stay for the full duration.
    • The number of guests at the property must not exceed its advertised maximum occupancy. Only children under 2 years of age are excluded from the total.
    • This property is not pet friendly. Unauthorised pets may result in termination without refund, including forfeiture of any applicable security deposit.
    • The property must be left tidy on departure. A simple Vacating Checklist is provided and reflects basic, common-sense tasks to ensure the home is left secure and in a responsible condition. These include switching the heating/cooling off, removing food from fridges and freezers, starting the dishwasher, cleaning the BBQ and placing rubbish in the appropriate Council bins. Other reasonable property-specific tasks may also apply.
    • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside. If smoking outside, please ensure all evidence is removed before departure. If smoking is found to have occurred inside, specialist cleaning and/or fumigation costs may be charged to the guest.
    • Guests are responsible for securing the property during their stay, and upon departure. All windows and doors must be closed and locked, blinds and curtains closed, alarms activated where applicable, and keys returned to the key safe.

    LOCAL LAWS
    Guests must comply with the Mornington Peninsula Shire Short Stay Rental Accommodation Code of Conduct, which states:
    • Unacceptable behaviour is prohibited, including loud or aggressive behaviour, yelling, screaming, arguing, cheering, clapping and singing.
    • Tents, caravans, campervans or other additional accommodation are not permitted.
    • Noise must be kept to a reasonable level and outdoor areas, including swimming pools, spas, decks and balconies, must not be used between 11pm and 7am.
    • Guest vehicles must be parked within the property boundaries. Parking on nature strips is prohibited.
     
    If Council or Police are called to attend the property due to guest behaviour, the booking may be terminated without refund, including forfeiture of any applicable security deposit.

    REPAIRS, MAINTENANCE & DAMAGE
    All Bookabreak properties are individually owned and, just like in any home, occasional maintenance issues, service interruptions or equipment failures may occur. Please notify us as soon as you become aware of any issue so we have the opportunity to rectify as quickly as possible. Any damage occurring during your stay must also be reported promptly. We understand accidents happen, and early notification allows us to minimise the impact on the property owner and incoming guests.
     
    WAIVER
    To the extent permitted by law, neither Bookabreak nor the property owner accepts responsibility for injury, illness, accidents, or the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings during your stay. We strongly recommend that all guests hold appropriate travel insurance.
     
    LOST PROPERTY
    Any belongings found at the property will be held for a maximum of 14 days. Guests are responsible for providing a prepaid satchel or arranging collection from our office at: 2815 Point Nepean Road, Blairgowrie VIC 3942
